Cancellation of Order

The orders can be tracked on mymarketplace.ae using Order Reference #. Once the status of order shows “Processed”, the orders cannot be cancelled.

We take great care in providing our customers selected handpicked products of the best quality and work diligently in the hope to always satisfy our customers.

The Department of Economic Development Dubai has stated that the following situations do not provide grounds for refund or exchange of certain goods:

1. If the customer changes their mind after purchasing the item.

2. If the item is free from any defect.

3. If Order is not processed yet but paid online. They will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
