Mymarketplace.ae reserves the right to limit or withdraw access to the site or the membership of any individual /person / entity if Mymarketplace.ae believes that, that individual /person / entity is under the age of 13 years. Payment

You can pay online by Credit / Debit Card or Cash on Delivery. However, in order to be more efficient in our operations we promote payments by Credit / Debit Cards online.

Orders & Delivery

Mymarketplace.ae is easy to use / order and its delivery services are aimed at 100% customer satisfaction. Mymarketplace.ae will update the product list on its website to show only those products that are available. If products are Out-of-Stock, those product listings will be temporarily removed from the website until the product is again available. It would be our endeavors to regularity have all products in regular supply however unforeseen circumstance are discounted. Mymarketplace.ae provides customers with an option of picking from multiple delivery slots across the week including the current day. Some delivery slots may not be available due to pending orders or technical issues. While we try hard to ensure that all deliveries take place on time, elements like traffic, and weather may contribute to late delivery. Upon arrival of delivery if we find no takers or defined address location locked then the delivery will be returned and a fee for re-delivery “may” apply on a case to case basis. The customer will be contacted by the registered phone number provided before returning the delivery. The customer need to contact us either by phone or Email to reschedule the delivery. Mymarketplace.ae currently has limited delivery areas and a processinf fee of AED4 is applicable for all deliveries. We are continuously expanding our network to cover more areas and appropriate marketing activities will be undertaken to inform our esteemed customer about our expansion. Click here to know if your place is listed. Mymarketplace.ae will send you an email detailing the products ordered and estimated date and time for delivery. Delivery will be made to the address you provided when order was made. Please read our Delivery Information to know more.

Order Acceptance

Mymarketplace.ae follows certain criteria for the order acceptance. Mymarketplace.ae reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order made at Mymarketplace.ae for any reason whatsoever. Unavailability of stocks, errors in pricing or product information or unlawful transactions may result in the order being cancelled. We’ll keep you updated if any one of the product/s you ordered may fall under that above criteria two hours prior to the delivery or if additional information is required to accept the order. All grocery orders are packed two hours prior to the delivery slot to ensure the freshness on delivery. Customer will be informed about the unavailable product only after the packing is done. The customer agrees not to dispute and agree that Mymarketplace.ae’s decision is final in all such instances. If there is any refund in your order or your order is cancelled after your credit/ debit card has been charged, the same amount will be credited to your credit card within 24 hours from our side. Disclaimer

Refund amount will be credited to customer's card within same day from our side, but bank to bank transfer will take up to two to three business days. Order Cancellations by the Customer if cancellation notice, either by email or by phone is duly received by Mymarketplace.ae and the order is not processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, orders that have been already processed out by us cannot be cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute and agree that Mymarketplace.ae’s decision is final and abiding in all such instances.

Unlawful Transactions

Mymarketplace.ae reserves the right to recover the cost of products, collection charges, lawyers’ fees and all other related charges from persons using the Website fraudulently. Mymarketplace.ae reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery of products made by Credit / Debit Card

Mymarketplace.ae reserves the right to cancel/block any order where we believe that the cardholder is not the actual recipient. In such cases, the cardholder can email us at [email protected] with a scanned copy of the cardholder's Emirates ID with a statement on who can claim the product you purchased with your card.

Returns

Mymarketplace.ae currently exercises a policy of “NO RETURNS”. However if a wrong product / order is delivered there will be consideration on a cases to case basis. Mymarketplace.ae’s decision will be full and final and abiding in all such instances. We will ensure the customers rights are protected always.

Damaged Products

Mymarketplace.ae will replace any products that are damaged or are not in good conditions to use upon delivering.

Images on website

The images referenced, made accessible or made available on Mymarketplace.ae are for illustrative or viewing purpose only. Product images are subject to change without any prior notification. Mymarketplace.ae will try its best to ensure that the customer receives the same packing as seen on the website. However, we try to maintain accurate information and exact image of the product you may wish to buy.

Give Away

Give-away associated with purchase of products from Mymarketplace.ae may or may not be delivered along with the product purchased. Delivery time may vary for give-away. It will be our endeavor to deliver all Give-away together. If you wish to cancel the order based on which the give-away was “earned” from Mymarketplace.ae, the giveaways will also be cancelled.

Mymarketplace.ae Gift Cards

Mymarketplace.ae Gift Cards come with a time frame of 30days usage. When you purchase a Mymarketplace.ae Gift Card you agree to the terms and conditions of Mymarketplace.ae. Gift cards once bought are not returnable or refunded. This card can only be redeemed at Mymarketplace.ae.

Vouchers & Gift cards

• Vouchers and gift cards issued to you by Mymarketplace.ae can only be redeemed online at Mymarketplace.ae
• Each vouchers and gift cards issued by Mymarketplace.ae Online can be used only once.
• Voucher and Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Redemption of the Gift Cards and Vouchers is allowed for the full amount only, and no partial redemption is allowed.
